I’ve seen better – but worse too
The staff were polite and the rooms can be clean when housekeeping checks in. Coffee was available in the lounge 24/7.
The hotel had serious cleanliness issues, with stains on sheets and unkempt common areas. The elevator was out of order, causing inconvenience.

Clean room, outdoor entry access, apparent renovations underway
The exterior looked run down!!! Stained towels and a dirty mattress cover ruin any comfort. An elevator that doesn’t operate and poor sanitation in bathrooms must be prioritized!!! Immediate attention to renovations is necessary!!!

Can just recommend for a passing visit
Basic amenities, convenient location with free parking made our short stay enjoyable, especially considering the friendly 24-hour reception staff who assisted us throughout our stay.
It was all perfect.

The pool was a highlight for my kids, providing a fun way to unwind after a long drive. The room was clean and spacious, which made our stay quite enjoyable. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, making it easy for the little ones to sleep at night.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were limited. It would be great to have a wider selection for families with children.

missingWrote a review on Jul 03broken toiletunhelpful staff
I was appalled by the lack of maintenance at this hotel. The elevator was out of order, forcing me to carry my bags up to the 5th floor. To make matters worse, the toilet in my room was broken and the front desk staff was indifferent and unhelpful. Despite numerous requests for assistance, nothing was done about the plumbing issue, leaving me extremely frustrated during my stay.

The location of the hotel was great. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was outdated but clean, which was a relief after reading some reviews. The bed had decent comfort, and I appreciated having a working air conditioning unit. However, the parking lot was cramped, and I had trouble finding a spot during peak hours. The shower had low water pressure, making it less enjoyable. The elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient given the number of stairs to climb. I noticed some broken furniture elements in the room, which should be addressed. I didn’t find any breakfast options available, which was disappointing.

It's just a proper fit for a quick break in Norfolk with excellent value for money. The room reeked of smoke even though it was non-smoking, which was pretty frustrating. Make sure to check the room thoroughly before settling in.
